is the intellectual property of Tobie Puttock and is protected under Australian copyright law and international treaties.

You acknowledge that:

• Purchasing the Course grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own personal or internal business use only.

• No ownership rights are transferred to you.

4. Prohibited Use

You must not, without prior written consent:

• Copy, reproduce, record, or distribute any part of the Course

• Share Course materials with others (free or paid)

• Upload Course content to websites, platforms, or shared drives

• Sell, sublicense, or commercialise the content

• Use the content to create competing courses, programs, or training

• Present the material as your own work

This includes any form of redistribution, whether digital, physical, public, private, or internal.

5. Use of Name, Likeness & Brand

The name Tobie Puttock, the Circular Kitchen Accelerator, and all associated branding may not be used for:

• Marketing

• Endorsements

• Testimonials

• Course promotion

• Derivative products

without express written permission.

You may reference your participation in the Course factually (e.g. “Completed the Circular Kitchen Accelerator”), but must not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.

6. Confidentiality

Certain materials, tools, and methodologies shared in the Course are confidential and proprietary.

You agree to maintain confidentiality and not disclose or share such materials with third parties.

7. No Guarantees

The Course is educational in nature.

While the Course is designed to provide practical tools and frameworks, no guarantees are made regarding:

• Financial outcomes

• Business performance

• Waste reduction results

• Commercial success

Outcomes depend on individual circumstances, effort, and implementation.

8. Refunds

Refunds, if offered, are subject to the refund policy stated at the point of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, change of mind refunds are not provided.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Course without refund if:

• Conduct is unlawful or harmful

10. Limitation of Liability
